Power Management Keys

XP Home SP2.

The PS/2 keyboard that came with my PC case has three power
management keys, "Wake", Sleep" & "Power, situated just below the
Delete, End & Page Down keys, in the empty space just above the
cursor keys.

Pressing any of these 3 keys has the same affect as pressing the
reset button on the case, i.e. the PC immediately shuts down and
then restarts. Accidental operation of these keys has caused a few
problems!

No software was provided with the keyboard, therefore I suspect
that for these 3 keys to operate correctly, some alteration to
power management settings may be required. Can anybody please
point me in the right direction?
