It's about profiles. A lot of programs put information into the user profile of the account that installs the program. To get everyone to use the program, move/copy its shortcut from the user profile folder in which it installed the shortcut to the All Users profile folder.
Hope that works - let us know please.
c:\documents and settings is where you start.
Sorry for responding so late, but I'm at a too low level of profile knowledge, I suppose.
I cannot really find the profile folder. I guess it's the applications folder under All Users, but I'm not sure it is, and I am afraid the shortcut did not work.
Maybe a reference to a help page, will help me.
Thanks
Carlo
