Select the Health tab and then double click the two page icon ( copy
to Clipboard ) and copy into a further message. Also do a full surface
scan with HD Tune.
Once again I'm not really concerned by the errors themself, I'm just
trying to find a way (possibly not empirical ..) to associate the disk
name I've on the event logger (es. \Device\Harddisk1\D) to a physical
disk.

Open my computer right click the HDD, select properties.
On the HDD properties click on Hardware Tab then click Properties, there
click On Policies what are the settings there?.
