Nass commented on the files already. The folders should not be able to
exist in the same directory when they have the same name regardless of
capitalization. Suggest you run check disk: Open My Computer, right
click on C:, properties, tools tab and select error checking.

I have two files by this name in the C:\windows\temp and C:\windows\TEMP
directories. When I try to delete I get a messge they are in use - close
the
program using and then delete. I don't know what program could be using
these
"empty" files.

By the way why are there two temp directories
