Possible cause may be due to Faulty RAM / SMPS / or sometimes such
problems are also caused due to overheating of CPU due to improper CPU
FAN..
Try Re-inserting the RAM in to the DIMM Slot by proper cleaning the
slot and do check the temperature of the Heat Shrink of the cpu fan...

Maybe here are some clues. When logged on as Administrator if I shut
System Restore and/or Automatic Updates and am running an applicationsuch as
Outlook when the systems shuts down and restarts, I find that SystemRestore
is running and Automatic Updates are turned on. It's as ifeverything I do,
such as updating the anti-virus software, is forgotten upon restart.MHz.
The system is about 6 years old, is running a Pentium III at 733
I'd appreciate any suggestions about how to find the cause of this
unexpected shutdown.
