Ahh non monsieur, vous ne achetez pas un copy of le Microsoft fenetre.

Go to le Control Pannelle, choose le Regionalle et Language options, the le
languages tab. Clickez Details, then Add. The rest is tout clear.

then Add. Choose your settings.
