IE7 runonce.msn.com page errors

IE7 will not display the "h**p://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx" page
properly.

There is a page error:
Line: 56
Char: 2
Error: Element not found
Code: 0
URL: http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx


Because of this I can not set my own homepage.


Also, I am not sure if this is related, every time I open a new tab
the "about:Tabs" is displayed, even *after* ticking the "Do not show
this page again" box.


I've verified that the PC is spyware free, no browser hijacks etc. I
am now at a loss to understand this.

Any suggestions?

p.s. I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this query, but
the only IE groups I could find were for IE4 and IE5.
