After rebuilding the computer, did you install the chipset drivers for the
motherboard, from either the motherboard maker or the chipset manufacturer? (The
driver package should come on a CD with the motherboard).
Did you reboot after installing the video driver?
Do you have the correct video driver installed?
What motherboard brand and model is it?
What video card (or is it onboard video?)

Hi All
Need some help in figuring out why I no longer have the standby option
available - it's not grayed out, it's simply not there. I always used to use
this option, but I just rebuilt my computer and the option is no longer
there. Is there a way to restore this feature.
I've looked in Power Management, but it's not even available under "what to
do when I close my laptop Lid"
Anybody have any ideas
