ok, did that...i still get sent back to homepage and it says this:

Sorry, we could not find "javascript:void(null)"
I just don't get it, I have used this same site for four years to send
cards, can access from my pc ok, but not my laptop. I used it from my laptop
in May, but now it won't work.

Your Security settings for IE are probably disabling javascript.
Javascript is enabled at IE, tools, options security tab, highlight Internet
zone icon, custom level button, dot the scripting items (scroll down near the
bottom)
