Download the Hijackthis and send the report to one of
many
forums for analysis and troubleshooting:
When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. Post
your log to http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html,
http://forums.subratam.org/index.php?showforum=7, or other appropriate
forums for expert analysis, not here.
I can see you didn't answer my previous Questions or follow the
recommendations.
You guiding me not Me Guiding you ! and this where the problem start (who
is the troubleshooter?).
You have a sever infection and you need to clean this machine, either by
running the Hiajckthis and send the log for analysis or send the machine to a
professional tech to repair it or Reinstall the Operating system.
Good luck.

Do you mean you have Dual Boot of the same Operating system?.
If so, try to write down which line of boot is working for you, say:
1. windows xp
2.windows xp professional.
Which one of the above is working correct for you?,
Please before performing anything Note down the Correct Operating selection
that worked for you, say when you boot up you get two boot selections:
Windows XP Home Edition
Windows
If you clicked on the "Windows XP Home Edition" and it is working for you
then you need to delete the second one" Windows" from the Boot.ini as
described below.
When logged in Right click " My Computer" Icon and select properties from
the drop down list.
Click on Advanced Tab then click on Settings Button under StartUp and
Recovery, then click on Edit and see what Line of operating system you want
to select:
A Double Boot will look like this:
<Example::>
[boot loader]
timeout=10
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="" <= we removed this
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home
Edition" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
</Example::>
Tthe final product should look like this:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
Or through the Misconfig (System Configuration utility):
Msconfig image
http://www.winnetmag.com/Files/16/20784/msconfig.gif
Note: Please don't perform the above if you are in doubt about it or it
doesn't describe your issue and write back with more Info.
Does the error for the missing MSHTML.HLP is still or gone?.

You need only one Anti-virus running in any time on your machine.
HTH.
