I installed Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. Do I need to be logged in as
Administrator to access it?
Is there a command I type into Run to access it?
Do I need to go to the DOS Prompt to access it?
If it is on a menu, where is the menu located?
Alternatively, where can I find the program Document Viewer and instll it
whether I need it or not?

The Windows Installer has a utility to find and remove installed apps. Since
you know the name of the app, you can use this to remove it.

I am running Windows XP Media Edition
I have installed Microsoft Office 2003
Microsoft Works v 8.5
In the last few weeks, when I boot the computer in the morning I get the
message:
Please wait while Windows configures document viewer.
The feature you are trying to use is on aCD-ROM or other removeable disk
that is not available.
Insert the Document Viewer disk and click OK.
It is not on my Windows disk or my Office 2003 disk or on my Works disk.
How can I, at worst install this file or at best get rid of the download
attempt?
