msimn.exe
No virus or trojan..
After opening oe a few times I have numerous msimn.exe's in the task
manager. They dont seem to be using cpu but they are there until I kill
them.
Any suggestions?

"msimn.exe" is "MicroSoft Internet Mail and News", more commonly known as
"Outlook Express".
If you're running it more than once, it's because the previous instances
have crashed.
I'd personally suggest that you clean up your system and whatever is causing
OE to crash, and go from there.
