Re: Icons are gone



Which part of the taskbar: the start menu, quick launch area, open programs
area or the tray by the clock? What do you mean you don't have an
arrow--are you referring to the cursor? Why do you think the external HD is
involved? We need some specific info in order to help.

Ok, so here's the deal. My icons are gone from the task bar. Yes I've
unchecked "hide inactive icons" but no luck. I don't even have the arrow
to
access these hidden icons. Is there any other way to find the "safely
remove
hardware" feature? I'm using an external HD, so I can't eject like I could
a
flashdrive. TIA
