typically, right clicking on the areas
you are trying to access should
give your access and options.
if i recall, you had received some
advice from an mvp on a prior issue
regarding the desktop. however, the
"perfect as always" advice was flawed
as i had mentioned to you.
it is unclear what all you may have
done to your desktop that is imposing
a conflict for you.
