I have read those microsoft articles. But those dont help me :(
Examine third-party software or drivers --> it very hard to examine it,
because this blue screen pops up about 3-4 times a week.
Uhh, pretty bad error, dont know what to do.

After making sure all okay run the windows updates engine.
Look in the Device Manager for any malfunctioning devices.
