Using your Task Manager you will be able to identify most of your startup items. BE CAREFUL! Do not remove or disable things that you are unsure about!

No one can really answer that for you. We don't even know what you have installed on your computer, how can we suggest things to remove! It is up to you to decide what it is that you find useful and want to use and what it is that you deem as useless. You may have software on your computer that I or someone else thinks is absolutely useless but you on the other hand may just love the program and use it every day, we can't tell you what to do.

Research the installed programs on the internet, you will find lots of information as to what purpose the programs serve and comments from users as to the usefulness or need for the programs. After doing your research if you are still unsure about certain items then you can post back here giving us the name of the program in question and we may be able to offer more in depth advice.

ps, someone gave me a disc with msw 2002 on it and i put it in and now it wont delete that program either...Help help
