home net problems

I have a computer with satellite internet connected to it. it has a second
nic card that connects to a wireless router. I am using the router as an
access point for the rest of network. internet, email and news groups works
fine but no file and print sharing on the home network. I have file and
print sharing enabled on all network computers. I just can't figure out why
this is not working. I am using connection sharing on the network. can
someone help me get this working?
