Panda is as good as any other anti virus software........at least you have
one.
The next thing you need is anti malware here are a few good as well as free
ones
Spybot Search&Destroy
Lavasoft's Ad-Aware
SpywareBlaster
A Google search will turn them up.

Then there is CCleaner which will help clean Crap off your system.
and one of my Favorites even if it costs me $20.00 bucks a year
CounterSpy by Sunbelt Software.

Of course none of them are worth anything if you do not update their
definition files regularly....most can be set to do this automatically...and
of course you de need to actually run them....Mine are set to run
automatically in the middle of the nite...I never shut down.
