system 32 error message

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi all.
when I reboot my pc I have recently got the error message
c:windows/system32/uesxqmmt.dll. the specified module could not be
found, does this pose a problem for me?

Also, over the last few days i bought a wireless microsoft keyboard and
mouse which seem ok but a few times i have had to reboot the pc as I am
able to move the mouse pointer but not click on anything and when this
happens the keyboard also becomes un usable, does this sound like a
windows issue or could it be the hardware? any ideas would be
appreciated, I am running a dell pc windows xp sp2,
any help would be appreciated as ever
thanks
paul
