Under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup
here is what you should see listed under the name column in the right hand pane.
(Default)
BootDir
CDInstall
DriverCachePath
Installation Sources
LogLevel
PrivateHash
ServicePackSourcePath
SourcePath
Is anything else missing?

Hope this helps. Let us know.
