Hey John,
I tried accessing Safe Mode via the F8 key and it did not work.
At this point, I'm not able to boot from the HD. I do however have (2)
other HDs mounted on this system already. I am able to access the effected
HD via this method, but I can NOT boot from it.
Unfortunately, it's my MAIN HD and I would like to still be able to boot
from it.
Is there a way to do a O/S reinstall if I can't access it by itself ???
TIA!
ERIC

When booting the computer press F8 and disable the Automatically RebootDOS
option and then post the error message here, we may be able to offer
help or suggestions if we know the contents of the error message.

I have a PC (my main PC) that when it tries to boot up, will get to the
Windows XP flash screen (with the scrolling line), then flash the "blue
screen of death" (for a 1/10th of a second) and then revert back to the
based reboot screen
I've tried rebooting chosing the options "Last known Configuration that
worked" and also Safe Mode, and neither work.
The system just reverts back to the rebooting sequence.
Where do I go from here ??
