It's asking for the password for the built-in Administrator account. Often that password is just left blank, try pressing the <Enter> key and see if it lets you in. On some OEM installations or on syspreped (cloned) installations there is a bug and the Recovery Console will not let you in even if the correct password is entered. If that is your case then you will have to take additional measures to access the Console.
