found a few thingsa which are now gone. then i did the safe mode disk cleanup
and defrag and run scannow and that's done but i stilllget the mesageabout

To start in safe Mode on Start Up tap F8 and when you represented with boot
Up option select Safe Mode.
To start the computer in safe mode

Go through this cleaning procedure you looks like have a big trouble with an
infection or system corruption:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

Run disk Clean Up and Defrag in safe mode, then Open run command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK]
Note the space between sfc_/

sfc /scannow click [OK]
Did you scanned for malwares on that computer and also a scan online from
another vendor to make sure the Machine not infected?.
