fyi:
virtual memory = paging file sizing
i always suggest to use a custom
size of min of 2 and max of 1152.
you will likely get good results and
can keep the settings above. however,
as you can see they are customizable.
use to be that the paging/virtual mem
should be 2 1/2 times bigger than
your total ram memory. but that
was then and today winxp is programmed
differently...

how manage to solve the "virtual memory low" message show by a legacy
application(fox/clipper), i wach a video from David Solomon but i don't
catch the idea, how can i fix this problem myself? autoexec.bat? config.sys?
win.ini? compatibility mode? environment vars? paging file sizing?... a
combination of any?
