Paul,
Try only using the hardware you need to install Windows XP. Disconnect all
perhpinelia like printers, USB Hardware and so on. Also disconnect one
CD/DVD Drive and have only one CD/DVD attached to the computer. I would also
do the same with the extra hard-drives.

They both have compatible hardware as they both were running Windows XP on
them no problem. One system is Athlon XP 2200+ w/512MB Kinston Value RAM,
64MB AGP Video(namebrand but I forget which one), 350W Raidmax PS, 40G
Seagate HD and the other is running A7N8X-Deluxe MB w/1024MB Kingstons
Value
Ram, 128MB AGP Asus Video Card, 430W Antec PS, and 40G Seagate HD. I Also
am
running 2 different DVD R/RW drives in the systems which worked fine when
they were in my main system at the beginning of the week.
I have also reset the CMOS and I basically 99.9% certain that all the
hardware is working from using it in other systems. How is it that 2
completely different systems have the same error, the only thing they
share
in common is the monito, keyboard, mouse, and power strip, oh yea and the
technician :).

It sounds as if you are very knowledgeable. I was wondering if it is
possible
that your hardware does not meet the required standard under the Hardware
Compatibility List requirements for that particular OS.

When I boot off of the Windows XP Pro disk, the system loads all the
drivers
from the CD, and when it says "Setup is now starting Windows" the
system
stops responding and will not go on. I am having the same problem on
two
completely different systems.
The hard drives worked fine as data drives in my main system, but now I
am
trying to set them up on two computers that had Windows OS get
corrupted from
user error/file corruption. I even tried 3 different Windows XP
Professional
CD's thinking maybe the CD was bad, they all have the same stop
problem. No
error messages are displayed, system just stops responding.
