i am a bit surprised that autoruns did
reveal that "running" process. did you try
all the tabs for that program name and
did you check the menu option to
see those processes running under
another user account, maybe the admin
account?

No luck with anything. I wanted to install Bootvis which I hear works.
But from a fresh start of windows I try to install and it says that
another installation of bootvis is in progress. I am at a loss.
