You selected Set Up which you don't need, here are the steps been given again:
Start with the CD then Press F8 to agree when on the Set Up Press Enter.
You will have three Options:
... Install on the Current Partition (s) press Enter
.... Press "R" to repair current installation
.... View the current Partitions.

You need to Press R to repair the Installation and follow the instructions.

I typed in fixboot, then it said Fixboot is writing a new boot secotr. The
new bootsector was successfuly written. Then I typed in bootcfg, and it
