I am trying to use gpedit.msc and set policies only on one user and not on
the administrator. Is this possibel? and if so what steps do I need to
take to do this? I am setting up a special computer that is going to be
used by our HR department so the a new employee can go to our website and
fill out an application. I do not want an applicate to be able to do
anything or change anything on this computer except go to our
website.This computer will not be on the domain and will only have
internet access.
