2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Internet Options.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser

We are unable to open My Computer, My Documents, My Pictures, or
Control
Panel. When we click on those icons we go on the clock for a few
seconds,
then it reverts back to the desktop screen, without opening anything.
Any
help would be greatly appreciated !!
