Yes, it also happens with the cd drives:-( I've lost all the options there too. Exactly the same as the card reader.

I will be visiting family this weekend, so, if I don't reply, it's because I don't have a computer.

Is the problem seen for CD drives also? Right-click the CD drive in My Computer, and choose Properties. See if the "using Windows Explorer" option is present for the CD drives. I want to know if this problem is specific to flash cards, or for all others also.
