While in Device Manager your graphic Devices properties, click on
the Resources
tab.
Click on the top resource type in the Resource Types pane and look in
the Conflicting
Device List pane below it.


esource type or use the down arrow key to check
the next one(s).

Whatever the device is conflicting with will be shown with it's name
in the
resource conflict window.

Thanks a bunch for the links. I had already tried some of them
several
times. I have just spent about 2 hours trying the others. No luck.-

Since you can get to Safe Mode Device Manager, remove any/all
devices listed in
Display (Not Monitor), close out and reboot. Windows will
redetect/reinstall the
graphic drivers for your device or the Standard VGA drivers. If it
installs the
standard vga drivers you will need the disk for the drivers or download
the latest
updated drivers from the manufacturers support site to reinstall them.
Read the
file(s) on the site or the ones included with the download and follow
them per the
manufacturers suggested installation instruction.

Thanks again. Still no luck.
I have contacted the manufacturer and I am now trying to download a new
graphics card. I can get online and do things normally......but with the
green background and poor graphics.
No matter how many times I disable the card in the Device Manager it
always loads again on the re-boot with the exclamation mark warning.
I'll post as soon as I see what happens.
