Description:
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe
"C:\WINDOWS\eksplorasi.exe" was restarted.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at

The above info was extracted from my event veiwer. My trouble
shooting took me there, after my HP Omnibook caught serious virus
at an Internet Cafe. In trying to get rid of the virus I changed
and switched accounts, and deleted the previous one; forgetting
to log out the first account. After getting rid of the virus I
now realised that the previous account was still administering
the system, but I had already deleted all info on that account as
well. Now each time I start up, (the foreign explorer that tried to
take over my system) also tries to start up. But I have already
deleted it, and the event has locked my registry; I cant access
my registry, to my disdain. I have searched all over the system
for "eksplorasi.exe", just to give the system back so I can kill
it, its nowhere to be found. It has corrupted my registry,
something akin to your situation. Obvoiously, its either to live with it or to cut it out witn a
fresh XP installation.
Regards.

Every time that I right click on my desktop the explorer will
restart. I get an application Information error report with a Source:
Winlogon and a discription "The shell stopped unexpectedly and
Explorer.exe was restarted." Event ID: 1002
.
