If I could put into words I would do a much better. To say something like my profile no longer has Administer. I have a new work, it no longer works. Says I don't have authorization.

I asked to be present when the installed the OS, and then didn't do that. When I tried to reinstall the OS, I did not recognize what the other boxes had.

I'm sorry, but it still isn't at all clear what you're trying to say.

Is English a second or third language for you? If so, may I suggest that you try posting your question in a news group dedicated to your native language? I say this not to insult or offend, but rather to point out that you're not likely to get much help, if no one can understand what you're asking.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you start by reposting in standard English, complete with paragraphs, complete sentences, capital letters where appropriate, and punctuation. As it is, your post is quite undecipherable: most of the the words used are from the English language, but are completely meaningless as currently assembled.
