I'm having problems with opening folders on my programs list (in start
menu). When I right click and select "open" nothing happens... it just
closes the right click submenu as if I never right clicked.

Am I making sense? If so, does anyone know what I can do to fix this
as I constantly "open" my folders from the start menu.

Open on what ? in the context menu of All Programs subfolders or in the menu of files/shortcuts.
