This morning I downloaded the vista upgrade advisor from MS. I ran it on
two computers and received tis error:

Windows Vista upgrade advisor error

we could not contact the web service at this time. either the web service
is busy or you were disconnected from the internet. please check your
network connection and try again later. if the problem continues,
uninstall windows vista upgrade advisor and reinstall the latest version.
