WR,
Are you really having that problem too????!
Wish I could say I have a fix but I don't. I've spent literally 3 whole days
working with HP Customer service (who haven't found a fix but seem to think
it's a setting issue), Dell (who suggests is a corrupt printer driver) and
Symantec (who are trying to rule out a Trojan horse, possibly one called
trojan.peacomm)
I am going positively insane from exhaustion and frustration.
Perhaps we can help each other by trading information?
Are your messages the exact same as the ones i posted?
Did yours start after installing an HP product?
Do you have computer and printer, or network of computers and printers?
Are you USB cabled or wirelessly connected?
Do you have Norton Internet Security program?
Thank you for providing information. It may help us both find our solutions.
I'm happy to tell you sorts of things we've tried so far
