Perhaps we have installed/set up the thing improperly.

I think I may just uninstall everything it came with and reinstall it all
and see if this nightmare stops. Stupid dialogue box keeps popping up every
few moments even when I click don't show this agian and NO.

As for having two firewalls, i tried to look for a windows firewall (someone
suggested looking for "firewall.cpl") but no such file seemed to be found?
