I accidently deleted some compressed files when I did a Disk Clean-up. I
really don't know exactly what files were deletd but I do know that all of my
animated mouse pointers that were on my laptop when I bought it 3 mths ago
are "missing or corrupt". I searched for all the .cur and .ani files & found
them but it won't let me restore them to their previous location. I even did
2 system restores but it didn't correct the problem. My question is... How
can I find all the deleted compressed files & restore them to their correct
location? I don't have a Windows XP cd; it came preloaded on the laptop.
Therefore I won't be able to insert the disk if prompted to do so. I hope
someone can help me with this issue because I don't want to do a complete
recovery & lose all the important things I have put on my laptop.

Thank you in advance for any help you give me concerning this matter.
