Hi bebe,.
Sorry there is a mistake in the reg command, try to reregister these DLLs
and see if the issue will resolve:
Open the run command and type these command one-by-one and click [OK]:
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 softpub.dll
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
Try to download this tool to refresh the winsock values:

I had major problems with updating IE and after someone helped me delete the
update (ie 7), now the page for ie doesnt display. I have no clue what to do
now.
Can anyone help me?
What Error message you get when you tried?.
Did you scan for malwares and Viruses on your computer?.
Try this:
Open a run command and type in:
regedit.exe click [OK].
On the Registry Editor locate this KEY;
[-]HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{c90250f3-4d7d-4991-9b69-ac5c5bc1c2ae6} Delete
the value {c90250f3-.......} and Close the Registry and Reboot your machine
and try to connect.
If still no joy then try to this:
Again open a run command and type in:
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll click [OK] (note the space between
Reg32_/i_mshtml.dll)
regsvr32 /i shell32.dll click [OK]
netsh winsock reset click [OK]
Reboot your machine and try to establish connection.
HTH.
KLet us know your progress.

nass
