windows error messages



I get the following two erors - how do I fix these.

This one when I boot up:
Windows Installer

This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it. or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

This one when the screen saver tries to go into standby::

System Standby Failed

The device driver for the Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural P5/2 Keyboard device is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please dose all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver.
