I am using Microsoft Outlook e-mail. I am unable to send or receive anything.
I get an error that states, INVALID CERTIFICATE, you have no certificates
that can be used to send from the e-mail address.
I a\can not figure out how to fix this can anyone assist me , please.

Possibly your password is incorrect or has not been typed in when you
set up the account .
