is not working properly because windows cannot load the driver's required

this device.!!!!! so i got a techy here nad he said he aint touching that
with a 10 fot pole wtf!!!!! plz help i am only 16 plz explain to me what

haev to do SLOWLY ALSO! the driver is there on my comp it gone!!!!!!!!
