I want to know how I could reboot my computer so that its in the condition
that i bought it in because there are so many viruses in my computer and
the
anti-virus protection isn't working.

You'd use the disks that came with your computer to do this. However, this
will probably also remove any data of yours.

One other approach is to remove the drive from your system, attach it to
another system running XP, and then allow a virus scanner (or several) to
scan and clean the drive, and clean out the temp and temporary internet
files folders. This will put you a step ahead of the malware, and not
delete your data.
