NSIS error

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I get the NSIS error message almost every time that I try to access a
website from my email. I don't have a clue what I was downloading when
this started showing up. The only thing that I can remember downloading
was the automatic updates to the computer (Windows XP Home). I have a
dial-up modem and it took several sessions for this update to download.
It ran forever and I would just finally disconnect so that I could use
the phone and it would start again as soon as I went online. I have
scanned for viruses and trojans and have found none. Can anyone tell me
how to get rid of this, please? Thank you for any help.
