Click start, select run, type: %SystemRoot%\system32\mspaint.exe
Does that bring it up?

... Im getting an mild impasto effect where i dont want it ... it is wet in wet so i dont want to overwork it ... You might try adding more medium to the lower layer, using a quick drying alkyd medium, such as Liquin or Galkyd, which will then let you paint over it still working wet-in-wet but not having to paint so thickly. ...
