I haven't been able to forward my mail from Outlook to gmail.com

Some more detail would be helpful. What exactly do you try to do and what
happens?

Outlook is an email client, not an email provider, so what email provider
do you have Outlook configured to use?

You might also try posting (with more details) in the Outlook support
groups, such as microsoft.public.outlook.
