Can you provide a copy of the Stop[ Error Report?
Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Keep pressing the F8
key during StartUp and select option - Disable automatic restart on
system failure.
Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have
resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.

Hope this helps.

My computer will not boot giving me a missing ntoskrl.exe file error
message.
I have tried the repair console, but it will not let me copy the file.
I do
not get a password prompt when starting the console. What can I do?
I have another hard drive on this computer, can I install XP on this
drive,
boot up , and then recopy the file? will this cause problems? I also
have an
ASR disc made from my laptop. Can I use this to boot my computer? both
are XP
Pro.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
