Windows Authentication

An online email system I use is accessed by the Windows Internet Explorer
"User Authentication" screen. It displays a list of old email login names
from hotmail, msn, and various old pop3 accounts. I want to get rid of this
list.

Can somewone tell me where is windows xp storing these login names? I cant
find them in the registry or in Outlook. The login window can be disabled
if I go to Tools/Options/Security/Custom Level/ User Authentication/Logon
and selecting something other that "Prompt for user name and password" ...
but then I cant login!
