Ricky,
Thank you VERY much for this information. I have taken control of my
own (grin) folder and set the permissions. I am currently copying the
files now, and everything looks great so far.

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In XP Pro
you have to disable simple file sharing
