IE 7 should be in the Add/Remove Programs. You will need to check the box
labeled "Show Updates" then scroll down and find it.

i screwed up, i have a client that wanted to upgrade from xp home to xp
pro.
i installed IE 7 a couple of weeks ago and didnt uninstall before i
upgraded
to pro.
now i cant activate windows, i am getting Microsoft Out of the Box
Experience error the data it contains AppName: msoobe.exe ModName:
urlmon.dll
when i try to type anything into ie i get "the requested lookup key was
not
found in any active activation context"
IE 7 isnt in the add remove programs, i cant reinstall ie 7, because i
cant
activate windows.
any advise?
